The employees led me in the right direction and back on the road safely and in very good time. They showed me that two of my tires were on the brink of being unsafe; luckily they had two tires in stock that fit my truck and they had them installed very fast.

Needed a TPMS sensor replaced and they convinced me to get all four replaced and offered a buy 3, get 1 free deal! They did good work and had me out in less than 1 hour. I recommend these guys and won't hesitate to use them again.

I went in for four new tires and due to an outage at the tire warehouse, my tires took multiple days to arrive. I was updated at least once a day and was notified when I needed an alignment and they attempted to use the abs scanner on my car. Very nice staff, will come again

I have used Big O for many, many years. Here’s the reason: I went in last week due to a warning light on my dash, they said that an examine was needed. I took a short walk and when I came back they had found a nail in one tire, they repaired my it, and told me there was no cost. What a great business!! I will continue to use Big O for all of my tire needs.
